"Food queues were a bit of a letdown"
I tried to grab something to eat before the match, but the queues were absolutely ridiculous. I mean, how long should it really take to get a pie and a drink? The pie itself was okay, but it was barely warm, which didn’t help. And the price of the drinks? Bit much, wasn’t it? The staff seemed rushed too, so the whole thing just felt a bit chaotic. Not the best start to the matchday, to be honest...

"Not great, but I guess it is what it is"
I’ve been trying to get someone at celticfc to respond about my order for over a week now, and I still haven’t had a proper answer. I’ve sent emails and tried the contact form, but nothing useful has come back. It’s frustrating when the payment goes through straight away, but getting any help afterwards feels impossible. I expected better, but at this point I guess I just have to wait and hope it gets sorted.

I ordered from celticfc.com and the packaging was soooo bad. The box turned up all crushed and half open, like it had been kicked around before it got to me. Luckily the item wasn’t completely ruined, but it still looked a bit rough. Reaaally not impressed.

"App wouldn’t load when I needed it"
The app just wouldn’t load, and because of that I ended up missing out on tickets. It’s frustrating when you’re counting on it to work at the exact moment you need it. it makes me a lot less confident about using it next time.

"Good site, but sizes go fast"
The site itself is fine and easy to use, but the sizes seem to sell out really quickly. I was looking for a training top and by the time I checked, there were only random sizes left. Would be better if they restocked more often because otherwise it’s just kind of... yeah.
"Booking accessible seats shouldn’t be this hard"
I tried to book accessible seats for my dad it was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The information wasn’t easy to find, the website kept sending me around in circles, and what really annoyed me was how hard it was to actually speak to a real person. Everything felt automated or hidden behind menus. When I finally got through to staff, they were friendly and helpful, but getting to that point took ages. This really needs to be made simpler

"Disappointing seat with a poor view"
I was given a seat with a bad view, and honestly... it felt like no one really cared. I could barely see parts of the pitch, which was frustrating considering what I paid. The seat allocation just seemed poor, and it really took away from the whole day.

"Not sure the season ticket perks are really worth it"
I’ve been paying for season tickets every year, and maybe I’m expecting too much, but the perks just don’t feel like much of a reward for sticking around as a loyal fan. I keep wondering if I’m missing something, but it feels disappointing.

I was really hoping to find some cute retro tops, but the selection was disappointing. Maybe I just expected too much, but there really wasn’t much to choose from, which is a shame.

"Hospitality was disappointing"
We paid a lot for the hospitality package. It really didn’t feel worth it. Everything seemed a bit badly organised. Staff weren’t sure where to send us. The food was just okay. The seats also weren’t what we expected. I wouldn’t book it again...

I tried to buy a ticket on the site i don’t think I was doing anything wrong. It kept freezing, then sending me back to earlier pages, which got annoying fast. I gave it a fair chance and clicked around for ages, but even the menus felt confusing when I was just trying to find basic information. For a club this big, I expected the process to be a lot smoother.

I’m still a bit confused about how things were being managed. The stewards didn’t seem to have a clear plan, and the crowd control felt really poor. At times it got scary, and I didn’t feel safe

"Couldn't even get signed up"
I tried making an account sometime last week, or maybe it was the week before, and it just wouldn’t work. The login kept failing, and when I tried to register, the confirmation email never showed up. I checked my spam folder too, but nothing. Frustrating when you can’t even get past the account setup.

I showed up on time, ready to get in, and the digital ticket wouldn’t scan at the gate. The app just failed again, and because of that I missed kickoff. it’s ridiculous that I paid for a ticket and still got stuck outside because their system couldn’t do the one thing it’s supposed to do.

The queues outside were ridiculous again. We were standing around for ages, and by the time we finally got in, we’d already missed kickoff. I was just mentally drained before the match had even properly started...

"Wish I hadn’t gone through with the payment"
I really regret placing the order now. They took my payment, but I never received any order confirmation or details afterward. I kept checking my email thinking it might just be delayed, but nothing came through. Definitely not a great feeling when your money is gone and you have no proof the order even went through.
